Allie Lowe

Allison “Allie” Lowe is a National Board-Certified Functional Medicine Coach and a Nationally Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher. She is the founder of Ready, Set, Go, a lifestyle management coaching firm, and helps her clients live their best lives.

After getting her MBA in Organizational Learning, she spent 20+ years as an Executive Recruiter and Consultant, where she helped people achieve their career dreams, including leading and developing Change Management Teams by establishing benchmarks, goal definition, setting timelines and milestones as well as monitoring progress. She honed her strengths, mostly dealing with contingency planning.

In 2016, Allie started her own Road Trip to Wellness. Allie believes that the following principles can help her accomplish everything she sets out to do:

• Deliberately Practice and then Let It Flow
• We Have Choices

Allie has been able to guide her clients to connect the dots between where they’re starting from and who and where they want to be. She found that her sweet spot was helping her clients understand, define and visualize what makes them happy and healthy. She loves the challenge of removing obstacles, energy drains and clutter.

She is an avid traveler and will already start mentally planning the trip in her head when someone mentions their desire to go somewhere. Her top character strengths are Love of Learning, Curiosity and Creativity which means you will always find her learning something new, asking a lot of questions and finding the “work around” for every challenge. She hopes to age gracefully but is gleefully delighted when people mistake her for her daughter’s “sister.” She is a foster failure and would have more than 100 dogs if her partner, Chris, would have allowed it.
